Let's take charge of your birth vision and make it a reality! During our prenatal appointments, we'll discuss your goals and concerns to create a plan that reflects your desires. We'll work towards achieving the perfect birth experience for you with confidence and determination.
I am your professional birth bestie from the very beginning and provide 24/7 support via phone from 38-42 weeks of your pregnancy. On the big day, I will arrive at your birth equipped with unwavering support for you and your partner. In the weeks following birth, I will come to check in, debrief your experiences, and assist in breastfeeding/bottle-feeding if needed.
Placenta Services
Starting at $295
Placenta encapsulation is a simple, safe, and natural way to aid in postpartum wellness. The placenta is full of essential hormones and iron, which can be gradually welcomed back into your body postpartum through placenta capsules, tinctures, and salves.
A special transport kit for your placenta will be mailed to your home before your birth. Once your placenta is ready, it will be retrieved from your birthplace. Your beautiful placenta is then processed and returned to you within about 48-72 hours.
Placenta pick up and drop off for the Baton Rouge area take place 7 days a week 9 am-9 pm. After-hours pick-up is available on a case-to-case basis and may involve a fee. Services outside a 30-mile radius involve an additional charge of $25.
Childbirth Classes

Birth Help offers a Natural Birth Series, Comfort Measures Class and Private Classes. When possible, it is best to participate in our Natural Birth Series followed by Comfort Measures Class. Birth Help primarily offers in-person participation for Natural Birth Series. Virtual series are offered several times per year and are convenient for those living outside the Baton Rouge area or who prefer to participate in the comfort of their own home.
